Printable baking conversion charts

Twenty ingredients, three cups, one page you can print. Most fridge charts give a single US cup of flour and stop; this one carries the metric and Japanese cups beside it, marks where the authorities disagree, and reads from the same sourced data as our ingredient pages, so the chart and the pages never fall out of step.

The master chart: a cup of each ingredient

Grams for one cup in three cup sizes, with ounces for the US cup. A blank means no authority publishes that cup for that ingredient, which is worth knowing before you trust a number that was scaled rather than measured. Print it from your browser on A4 or US Letter.

A deeper page for each ingredient

For one ingredient in full, the run from a teaspoon to two cups in grams, ounces and millilitres, the international cups, the packed and sifted states, and the range the authorities disagree over, open its ingredient page. Each one prints to a clean sheet the same way this chart does. Live conversions sit in the converter, a whole pasted recipe in the recipe converter, and bloggers can embed the converter on their own site.
