What helps us most
If a figure looks wrong, tell us the ingredient, the number you saw and the number you expected, and name the source you trust. That last part matters: we settle disagreements by comparing published authorities, and a source we can open moves faster than a hunch. The full list we already work from is on the sources page, and the way we choose between two that conflict is on the methodology page.
Asking for something new
Want an ingredient, a unit or a country we do not cover yet? Send it, with a link to a recipe or a chart that uses it, so we can find the authority that measured it. We would rather add a page backed by a source than guess a number to fill a gap.
What we do with your message is covered by the privacy policy, the about page says how the site is run and paid for, and the terms of use cover reusing what you find here.
